Lost Portal

Lost Portal is a web application designed to provide a seamless experience for users to navigate and access various resources.

My goal was to ensure the user interface was both functional and easy to use. A lost portal should not be difficult to navigate. The frontend heavily utilizes React and Tailwind CSS for a sleek, dark-mode prioritized aesthetic.

My team and I integrated firebase auth, store and DB for managing users and reported items.

Lost Portal uses a matching architecture to find possible items for users on the application instantly. When a user reports an item as lost, and another person reports it as found, our smart system matches the both items during item search.
